Our goal at Pickleball Swag Shop is that you love your order.
Our pickleball-inspired tees are typically non-returnable, but please reach out if something isn’t right.
Incorrect, damaged, or defective items are eligible for a full refund.
No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the purchase date.

Eligibility for a Refund:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Request made within 30 days of purchase
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
Incorrect or Faulty Items
If your item arrives incorrect, faulty, or has sizing issues due to production errors, we will gladly issue a refund or send a replacement.
Please email us within 30 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos clearly showing the issue
We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
Change of Mind
Since all products are printed to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.
