Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, return shipping costs are your responsibility and can be returned through the shipper of your choice. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and let us know immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved. If it is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
